Glazed Japanese Chicken 

“ Amakarani “ is a type of salty-sweet tastes Japanese dish glazed with sauce made with sugar, soy sauce, mirin ( sweet cooking rice wine ) and sake, after being cooked. My favorite is Tebasaki, Chicken wing in Japanese, coated with thick sauce with with sesame seeds that you definitely will not regret it 😋 < Ingredients >
*10 chicken wings
*40ml cooking sake *40ml soy sauce
*40ml mirin
*1 clove of garlic
*2tsp white sesame seeds *1tsp brown sugar
*1/2 tsp salt *1/2 black pepper (Instructions )
1️⃣ Marinate chicken wing with salt, black peppers, and grated garlic about 3 hours.
2️⃣Grill the marinated chicken until golden brown turning over both sides.
3️⃣Combine soy sauce, sake, brown sugar and mirin in a pan and bring it to simmer until thick. Toss in the wings.
4️⃣ Sprinkle white sesame over and place this on the plate.
